ALA KHIARI
A few years ago I was a Cloud Engineer at Amazon in Canada, doing everything the traditional playbook said to do. Good job, good salary, clear ladder. On paper it looked perfect, but the more I studied my own numbers at night, the more I realized something was off. I did not just want to earn more, I wanted to understand how the whole system around money, careers, and banks really worked, and how to use it instead of being used by it.
With a background in Computer Science and Global Business Management, I started treating my life like an engineering problem. I built my own tracking systems, ran experiments with income, spending, and investing, and watched how the rules of the corporate and financial system behaved in real life. The higher I climbed, the more I saw how that system keeps people dependent and stuck. That is when I stopped trying to play nicely inside it and started focusing on cracking it, legally and ethically, so I could build real leverage and freedom.
Today I am the founder and CEO of XitPlan, a lab where I turn those experiments into tools, content, and systems that others can use. I test everything on myself first, then share it. One principle guides all of it:
“If it does not work in real life, it does not leave the lab.”
